Every Freyr Trellis can seamlessly connect to build a trellis of any length. The standard trellis kit allows you to set up a single trellis up to 8' at 7' height (please note: the total length of 8' includes the trellis; the maximum planting space between vertical supports is 7'). By linking more than one kit together, you can extend the trellis to cover a larger area, creating a continuous, sturdy support for climbing plants while maintaining a clean, cohesive look. Vertical supports can be spaced up to 8’ apart. The maximum height of the trellis is 7’, but it works perfectly for most crops at the 5’ height. 

The Freyr Trellis Bundle includes extra-strong compostable hemp twine (100m) and compostable trellis clips (50); everything you need to start growing up with the Freyr Trellis! Hemp is the strongest and most environmentally-friendly twine available, making it perfect for vertical and horizontal string trellising even the heaviest fruiting crops like slicing tomatoes, melons and squash. Additionally, the compostable trellis clips make it easy to support crops without tying knots. At the end of the season, simply cut down the twine and throw everything into the compost.

The 6-Segment Freyr Trellis Extension Kit (one-half of a standard kit) will extend a single trellis up to 16' at 5' height, or 12' at 7' height, or can be used to modify multiple trellises. 

The 8-Segment Freyr Trellis Extension Kit (slightly more than one-half of a standard kit) will extend a single trellis up to 20' at 5' height, or 16' at 7' height, or can be used to modify multiple trellises. 

**Do not build any trellis taller than 7', or with more than 8' between vertical supports.
